My practice integrates the traditions of Inca Shamanism with the focused intentionality of ThetaHealing to facilitate profound personal transformation. Inca shamanic healing is rooted in the concept of Ayni (sacred reciprocity). It works with the "Luminous Energy Field" to clear ancestral imprints and emotional blockages, assisting in life challenges or various issues. On the other hand, ThetaHealing utilises a meditative state to access the subconscious mind, allowing us to identify and shift limiting beliefs that may assist in personal development. By weaving these spiritual practices together with a Jungian psychological perspective, I offer a space where the "shadow" is honoured, the soul is nourished, and lasting balance is restored.
