Yes, the title is controversial as hell, and I know, but I do not care. On the other side, I want to tell you about a harsh truth that helped me grow as an adult. The harsh truth is your life and the next generation's lives will not become better if your own life does not become better. To elaborate, if you as an individual begin to become more conscious, responsible, and healthy both emotionally and physically, your current situation will improve to an extent. As a result of the improvement, you as an individual will be able to make more conscious and healthier decisions, which will impact the other areas of your life. Due to the healthier decisions, you will be able to attract and choose people, circumstances, jobs, romantic partners, and even friends that are more beneficial and conducive for your health and life. No longer do you have to suffer from individuals who steal, lie, cheat, and all of the above. To clarify, I know that individuals that struggle with these issues are victims of their circumstances and often can not do anything about their behaviours. However, you have to focus on your life and become egocentric because if you are not in a great position in life, dislike your job/ profession, or have untrustworthy individuals in your life. It will only lead to further and repeat the same patterns. Due to the same patterns being repeated, the next generation will not have a better life because you did not prioritize your health, and they will suffer because of your decisions. To conclude, please prioritize your health before anything else because your decisions influence everything around you. Tip of the week Go through your social media and even your friends, and observe if they are beneficial for your health and state of being. Also, remember small steps towards improving your situation is far significant than you think. Interpreted as you want, but we as individuals have to separate in order to go further in life.
